Matchmaker
Matchmaker is a FREE service for property sellers in Edinburgh, Lothians and Fife from ESPC, designed to help those with their homes already on the market.
Put simply, Matchmaker aims to bring together sellers who would be interested in buying each other's home.
How Matchmaker works
ESPC has created a Matchmaker database where sellers can enter
the requirements of the home they are looking for. Each working day
we'll run a small piece of techi-magic to identify matches and give
each one a score based on the strength of the match.
As soon as a match is identified, ESPC will contact the solicitor
estate agents selling each of the properties to let them know that
there is a potential deal. The sellers can view the property they
have been matched with to see if an exchange can be made.

Register for Matchmaker for free
If you are currently selling your home and advertising through
the ESPC, you can register for FREE by clicking
here. You'll need your property's ESPC Reference number (e.g.
2*****). Alternatively, you can contact your Solicitor Estate
Agent.
If you have any suggestions regarding this service, please let us
know.
Matchmaker is only available if you are selling your home through
the ESPC.
