It is vital that your property speaks - 'Lifestyle for Rent'. It is very important to concentrate on space planning first and then the furniture design.  If you don't get the space planning right even the best quality furniture will not deliver the required look and feel to attract the best tenants.  The best dressed properties use a less is more approach delivering a light and spacious home rather than a cluttered and over furnished property, which is often the cause of unnecessary spend.

Good lighting and reflective surfaces are often used by designers to create and borrow light to illuminate dark areas and create more visual space.  Make a room feel bigger by using glass and clear finishes, pay attention to the size and scale of the furniture ensuring it is in proportion with the room.  By choosing sofas and beds which have legs and are raised rather than those that are flush to the floor will also create more visual space in restricted areas.  Window dressings can make a great impact by softening the hard edges of a room; whether it's luxurious fabric, practical black out blinds or making the most of a stunning view, the window treatments can be the most important part of dressing a property.
